Whether caused by an event, stress, fun, or curing a sweet tooth we all have habits that have been learned over a long period of time. Each time you overcome these urges you move a little closer to a life of healthy living. Don't avoid them, acknowledge the craving and make a choice to skip it, and keep making the right choice each time. Sooner or later the cravings will dissipate.
