Take control of your weight and commit to looking “fine” in 2009. The only thing standing between you and your ideal weight is commitment. A commitment to making the time to exercise (regardless of how busy you are) and to healthier eating. For me, it’s also a matter of reducing portion sizes.
The next round of Weight08 begins on Sunday, January 11th. This will give us all an extra week to eat up those holiday treats.
