Although each of us may have up and down weeks, the purpose of the 8-Week Sprint is to keep the focus for the entire competition. During 12-Week competitions, historically most people were able to maintain their intensity throughout the first 8 weeks. After that, well, let's just say some fall off. Let's stay strong and keep the focus throughout the entire 8-Weeks!
