OVERVIEW

Each person pays a $15 entry fee.

Points are awarded weekly; the people with the three lowest point totals pay a designated amount. The person with the highest weekly points will earn a designated amount.

The remaining ($$$) pot will be split 50/50 between highest % weight loss and most total weekly points received by the end of the competition.

This competition is designed to create awareness and support for friends and family to lose weight in 2015 and beyond.

Looking Fine in 2009 - round 2 has officially begun.

If those New Year resolutions haven’t produced the results you’d hoped, now is the time to make it happen.

Shed some pounds and have some fun, try to stay out of that bottom three and you’ll be well on your way to achieving your goal.

Does getting the flu on the second day of the contest constitute cheating?

It depends on how much exercise your claiming while you have the flu wether your cheating or not :)

The flu day was the only day that I didn't exercise!!

I just noticed the comments here from a few weeks back. To answer your question Drew, this is the place to talk smack - and encourage each other of course.

P.S. The workout you got in bathroom does not count towards exercise, even if it lasted 30 minutes or more. :)
