Hey everybody!
Boy did I get out of my good habits on the week between contests. It's been hard to get back on track with my activity level, but I'm getting better now.
Don't forget to mix in some muscle building exercise. Building muscle helps burn the calories faster adn raise your metabolism. That's my goal this week - alternate walking or aerobic exercise with lifting weights.
I'm hoping to get under 200 for the first time in 5 years in the next 2 weeks!!!
