We will begin this round on Sunday, December 12th and go through Heidi's birthday, March 6th. Please be sure to start keeping track of workout points and weight starting this Sunday. It would be great to have everybody paid up at the beginning so I don't have to try collecting after the contest is over.
Thanks and good luck!

WEEK TWELVE RESULTS

Hello everybody. Sorry about the delay in getting the results posted. As Jon "No H in his Name" Stodola wrote in an email earlier this week you all did an awesome job closing out the competition. You can see from the graphs below the strong finish we had. We ended by improving our PpPpW metric each of the last 3 weeks. That enabled this group to put up the best ever cumulative PpPpW score for a 12 week period. Congratulations!!!

One last measure of the great job everyone did is the total amount of weight that was lost. As a group we lost 151 pounds. That is the equivilent of creating a calorie difficiency of more than a half a million calories over the competition (528,500 to be exact) via eating less or exercising more. On average each person had a calorie difficiency of 2447 calorie on their diets each week. That is truly amazing when you consider the USDA recommended caloric intake for a 200 pound man per day is 2400 calories (its like we all stopped eating 1 day out of the week).

We are doing really well as a group and everyone should feel good about the accomplishments so far.

WEEK TEN RESULTS

Another good week; we set another all time high for week 10 with 5.1 points per person. There we 5 people reporting 7 or more points this week; I am truly impressed with the commitment we have all made fitness and diet. Combined with 9 pounds lost and it was another awesome weekly performance. We are set up in good position to finish the competition with the best point per person total ever; however, it is not a guarantee so let’s keep the focus for 2 more weeks (really about 8 days as I post this set of results).

Week 10 Results:
